LEGAL / PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

This Policy describes only the processing that the current static website actually performs. It does not claim accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking that the implementation does not contain.

Scope

This Policy covers information processed when you visit the Exliquid website (https://exliquid.org), including its pages and static machine endpoints such as /version.json, /robots.txt and sitemap files. It does not cover the trading app, explorer or documentation site, which are separate surfaces outside the scope of this Policy.

What the website does not collect

The current website is a static site. It does not require an account or login, does not connect to wallets, does not collect wallet identifiers, does not embed user-submitted forms, does not set cookies and does not use local or session storage for user profiling. It includes no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, no third-party embeds and no external fonts or assets that would disclose request metadata to third parties.

Hosting and infrastructure processing

The website is delivered through its configured hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. That infrastructure may process standard request metadata, such as IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp and response information, as needed to deliver, protect and operate the site, and may retain security and request logs under its own operational and legal requirements. Exliquid does not control the exact fields or retention periods of hosting-provider logs and does not claim to.

Machine endpoints

The site publishes static machine-readable files such as /version.json, /robots.txt and sitemap files. These are static responses that identify the deployed artifact and do not collect information from visitors.

External links

Links to GitHub, X, Documentation and other external surfaces take you to services operated by third parties. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Policy.

Retention and security

To the extent Exliquid controls records, it keeps them only as long as reasonably needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the site or to meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes and contact

This Policy may be updated when the site or its data practices change; the current version is the one published on this page. If a data practice is introduced, this Policy is updated before or when the change is introduced, where required. For security reports, follow the responsible-disclosure guidance published in the project documentation rather than sending sensitive details through an unverified channel.
