LEGAL / TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These Terms describe the Exliquid website and the surfaces Exliquid explicitly announces as available, including the current experimental and public-testnet risk boundaries.
Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to your use of the Exliquid website, documentation and any preview or network surface that Exliquid explicitly announces as available. By using an available surface, you agree to these Terms and to use it only as permitted by applicable law. Surfaces that are not explicitly announced as available are not part of this agreement and may change or disappear without notice.
Experimental and pre-release software
Exliquid is experimental software under active development. Features, behavior, network parameters and interfaces may change without notice. Nothing on this website is a commitment to any specific capability, schedule or deployment.
Testnet and risk disclosure
Public testnet access is provided only if and when Exliquid explicitly announces it. No public testnet access is currently announced or available. A future announcement does not create an obligation to provide, maintain or continue any network.
If and when a public testnet is made available, it will use simulated assets only. Simulated balances, positions and market activity have no cash value and do not predict real returns.
Unless Exliquid explicitly announces otherwise before it becomes true, there is no custody, no bridge and no real-asset access: Exliquid does not hold user funds or real assets and does not operate a bridge to any other network.
The network may reset, wipe state or change its chain identity. Downtime, defects and incorrect execution results are possible. Do not rely on any preview or testnet surface where correctness or continuous availability is required.
No completed, published, independently reviewed security audit exists. Development tests and controlled validation runs are not an audit.
Preview APIs, SDKs and node software may change incompatibly and should not be depended on for production systems.
Wallet, credentials and signed actions
You are responsible for your wallet, credentials, private keys, signed actions, devices and any third-party software you use. Do not submit private keys, credentials, personal data or other sensitive information to public interfaces. You must not abuse, disrupt or attempt to compromise the network, its surfaces or its users.
No financial or investment advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment or other professional advice. Simulated or historical market activity does not predict real returns.
No future guarantees
Exliquid makes no promise of any token, reward, mainnet migration, profit or continued operation. Any preview, testnet or documentation surface may be discontinued, changed or replaced at any time.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to documentation, repositories and other services operated by third parties, including GitHub, X and the Exliquid documentation site. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; Exliquid does not control or guarantee their availability, security or content.
Intellectual property
The website, its original content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use public documentation and interfaces for their intended evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable repository license.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service changes; the version published on this page is the current version. For security concerns, follow the responsible-disclosure guidance published in the project documentation and do not post exploit details, credentials or reproduction steps publicly.
This page is informational and is not legal advice. If a specific agreement or applicable law governs your use, that agreement or law controls to the extent required.
